Helping Hands

Helping Hands is a ministry that encompasses various needs in the parish.  We visit the homebound, give caregivers time away from home, shop for those unable to do so, and drive parishioners to church, doctors, or the hospital.  Periodically, we have special lectures and programs addressing pertinent subjects. Contact the parish office if you'd like to be a helping hand!

Sick and Home Bound

Volunteers are needed who could be called on in an emergency such as card apostolate, food-in-emergency, etc. If you have anyone at home who is homebound or not able to get to church, please contact the rectory office and leave your name. We will see that they are visited on a regular basis.

Visiting The Sick

Since hospitals are now bound by privacy laws and can no longer release the names of their patients. If you, a family member or loved one are hospitalized, please be sure to have someone contact the Rectory (973)226-7288 so that we can try to visit. Your call is the only means we have of knowing if someone is hospitalized.
